The Falling Asleep Success: Hypnotherapy & Theta Brainwave Series induces specific brainwaves in the Theta range of 3Hz-8Hz, associated with deep relaxation, REM sleep, healing, memory & dream recall, and is the gateway to entering deep sleep. This session effectively trains your brain from the “inside-out”, and “outside-in” for deep relaxing, and surrendering to falling asleep!
This Series consists of: Sessions 1 to 6 (30 minutes each); and Accelerator Sessions 1 to 3 (1 hour each). Each Session increases in intensity and the Accelerators strengthen, reinforce and expedite the process of change.

Instructions For Use
The Series are self-paced. Listen to Session 1, Session 2, and Accelerator 1, in order on consecutive days (1 per day). Do this a number of times until you are ready for the next trio, Session 3, Session 4, and Accelerator 2. Listen to them on consecutive days in order until you are ready to move on to Session 5, Session 6 and Accelerator 3. If you are also using the SMR Brainwave Series (https://ondemandhypnosis.vhx.tv/products/smr-brainwave-series), use it at least 3 hours before one of these Sessions for maximum effectiveness. This Series may be used at bedtime to induce sleep.
These Sessions are designed to be used with the eyes closed. These products are not suitable to loop, nor suitable to play out loud on speakers. Good quality stereo or surround sound headphones are recommended for the superior sound effects and benefits derived in training the brain.
In regards to progressing to the next trio or Series, you are ready when you feel comfortable with and have adapted to both the suggestions and brainwaves. You may find that the subsequent trio or Series is noticeably more intense, and after a few days, if the intensity is uncomfortable, simply revert back to the previous trio, until ready to step up again. After some experimentation, you will become more familiar with your own level of comfort and readiness to progress. Once the desired outcome has been achieved, slowly decrease the number of times the Sessions are used and find your individual maintenance preference.
Variations in volume of the hypnotherapeutic suggestions, voices and music are intentional and by design.
It is important to drink plenty of water and remain hydrated!
